First milestone check-in before October 2008 release. Major changes: - Requires .NET 3.5 (SP1 optional; required for some items such as Effects). - Bragi's controls were removed (see wiki). - Added a few new controls and helpers. - Bug fixes and few features.

Added ItemTemplate to the ButtonList style that contains.
The ItemTemplate contains an AccessText control that binds to the Content property of the TaskDialogButtonData class.

-Added new solution dir 'Install' and moved Setup and MSDN2005 integration projects there. -Removed MSDN2005 integration and Setup projects from the solution build list so that people can build the library without problems if SandCastle hasn't processed the XML doc yet.

Description:
SourceCode (Visual Studio 2005 with wpf extension) BreadCrumbControl that i have made sofar. It works with TreeviewItems (NavigationNodes), with RebuildBreadCrumb the BreadCrumb is filled, call on SelectedNode in Treeview. The TestBreadCrumbControl is not implemented yet. I use him in an application and it works. I wanted to show too you, so you can look at it. Maybe later i can give an implemantation of it.
